Wilmington vicinity. Many of the larger
coastal homes are painted various bright colors giving the area lots of personality
and a lively tropical feel. One of the main attractions in Kure Beach is the Kure
Beach Fishing Pier. Here visitors will find a variety of small shops and restaurants
catering to swarming summertime visitors.
