Lisa Bisanar - Director Of Relocation

Lisa Bisanar joined the Relocation Division of Intracoastal Realty after 9 years as a Senior Recruiting Specialist. Her responsibilites included recruiting and placement of candidates in Medical, Administrative and Industrial jobs in Wilmington and surrounding areas. As a recruiter, Lisa provided career opportunities to people that were relocating into the area, possibly due to a job relocation. Prior to that her background was in retail management and the insurance industry.

Lisa holds her RCC, Relocation Certified Coordinator Designation and is a licensed Realtor. Intracoastal Realty encourages community involvement. In 2006 and 2007 Lisa has been an active member of the Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Membership Campaign and volunteers for local and state wide charties.

Providing a high level of customer service and an understanding of the concerns and questions that many people have when they are moving to an unfamiliar area is her goal as the Director Of Relocation.

Victoria Malocha - Outgoing Coordinator

Victoria Malocha has been a resident of Wilmington for the past seven years. She attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she studied Criminal Justice and Creative Non-fiction Writing. During her years in school she worked as an administrative assistant for UNCW's Housing and Residence Life.

As the Outgoing Coordinator for the Intracoastal Realty Relocation Department, Victoria assists the company's sales associates in placing qualified referrals to affiliates of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Along with her relocation duties, she is also the Administrative Assistant for Intracoastal Realty's Business Development Office and the Intracoastal Realty Teacher's Fund. The fund is a non-profit organization created in January 2005, to aid kindergarten thru fifth grade public and private elementary school teachers in New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender Counties with basic classroom needs.

Victoria volunteers her free time to several local charities. She is an active member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Team In Training. Through this organization she raises funds to aid research for all forms of blood cancers while training for endurance marathons.
